If you are fishing back waters be aware of where the current is pushing you. You do not want to end up directly over the spot you are trying to fish. Positioning yourself in an area far enough away where you can make small adjustments with out disturbing the area you are trying to fish is key.

The last and most important of all kayak fishing tips is to have a blast. Fishing in a kayak can take you from the serene mangrove forests of Florida to the coast of Alaska and everything in between.
